All Cremer counting machines are with linear principle. This means that vibratory plates provide the necessary separation of the products before free-falling through the detector channels.

The counted products are cascaded down through one, two or three 'Memory flap' units after which the correct quantity is discharged into a bucket elevator, packaging machine etc.

Because of these 'Memory flap' units the counting machine can operate non-stop so that maximum output is guaranteed.
