CPT-300
The CPT-300 is a vertical form-fill-seal bagger that is able to process many sorts of heat-sealable packaging materials and is the basis of any packing line. The extremely flexible CPT offers solid performance and many available options for extended functionality.
Vertical form-fill-seal machines are broadly used in almost any sector because they can produce a wide range of bag shapes with only few simple-to-exchange parts, such as the forming shoulder. The CPT can handle a maximum bag width of 300mm and can produce up to 65 bags per minute and is also able to produce pillow strip packages.
The flower bulbs are delivered to the inflow funnel of the CPT by a bucket conveyor, although it is also possible to place a single counting machine on top of the bagger if the bags do not have to contain an assorted mix of different bulbs.
With the bagger being the heart of the packing line, this means the CPT-300 controls all timing and interaction between all machines that are part of the whole packing line. The great benefit of this, is that the entire line is controlled by just one touch-operated HMI, which is already prepared for optional items such as a printer, label applicator, Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and bag length detection.
