Why choose a product counting machine?
Product counting machines offer significant advantages over traditional methods like manual counting or weighing systems. They provide 100% accuracy in counting, ensuring that every package contains the exact number of items required. This eliminates costly errors, reduces waste, and boosts overall productivity. With fast cycle times, product counters also help maintain high throughput, making them ideal for high-speed production environments. Whether you’re counting tablets, candy, hardware parts, or medical devices, these machines streamline processes and minimize downtime.
Flexibility and versatility
Product counting machines maximize precision and versatility across industries, handling everything from small, lightweight items like candies and medical devices to larger products like hardware parts or detergent pouches. Their ability to count both bulk quantities and single-piece discharges into any type of packaging system makes them an essential asset for high-speed production lines. Their modular design also allows multiple machines to be linked together, increasing output and enabling the production of assorted product mixes. Seamless integrated into existing production lines, they discharge counted products into various types of industrial packaging equipment, such as baggers, cartoners, and rotary fillers.
Applications across industries
With the ability to handle various products, speeds, and configurations, product counting machines are a versatile and essential solution for any production environment requiring accuracy, speed, and efficiency in packaging.
They are used in a variety of applications across industries. They are ideal for packaging:
- food products like candies, bakery products and beverage capsules;
- nutraceuticals such as vitamins, gummies and supplements;
- consumer goods like hardware parts, detergent pouches and medical devices.
How automatic product counting works
To ensure accurate product counting, our machines are equipped with a combination of conveyor belts, vibratory plates and advanced scanning systems. The products are first loaded into a bulk hopper, where they are gently conveyed to the vibratory plates. These plates evenly distribute the items, using vibrations to properly separate and align them before they pass through the scanning unit. The sensors then detect and count each item as it moves through the system, ensuring a precise count before discharge.
