The packaging machines of Cremer at the Interpack 2023
We will attend the exhibition with a team of 10 people and like to welcome new and returning customers, suppliers, and partners. 👉 Pharmaceutical tablet and pill counting machine (CFS 622) with camera inspection system
With a pill counting machine of Cremer you are secured of 100% counting accuracy. Especially in the pharmaceutical industry it’s important that the number of pills or tablets in the package is correct. A new addition to the piece counting machines is the camera system (BottleChrom) in combination with a rejection system (STR) that removes broken or wrong tablets and pills before they end up in bottles. This gives you even more assurance that the exact number of correct pills are in the package, reducing the risk of customer claims and brand image impact from low-quality products. Moreover, with this rejection system, you only have a few tablets as waste, instead of three bottles with other systems.
👉 Industrial frozen food counting machine (WD 6100)
For the first time, the Washdown counting machine will be showed at the Interpack. A reasonably compact machine for a variety of hygienic applications. Its design and execution make the WD counting machine very suitable for counting a wide variety of food products, including chilled and frozen products. Indeed, all parts can be easily and quickly cleaned with a low-pressure sprayer.
👉 Agricultural seed counting machine (CSC 2017)
70 years of experience in the agricultural industry is combined with the reliable counting technology on the market for the new seed counting machine. This high-tech machine has the same accuracy and sophisticated performance as counting machines within the pharmaceutical industry with a counting speed of 12.500 seeds per minute per module. The seed counting machine can count different seeds from poppy seeds to pumpkin seeds. And its compact design allows multiple modules to be placed side by side without any appreciable increase in floor space.
👉 Industrial vitamin gummy counting machine (HQS 1250), including bottle filler from Spee-Dee®
Another innovation is counting vitamins and supplements. Counting vitamin gummies is possible with a specialized counting machine, but to get them into the bottle one at a time and still maintaining a high filling rate was a challenge. That’s why we have combined our piece counting machine with Spee-Dee’s® rotary filling system. While rotating, the bottles are filled with gummies.
👉 Bottle unscrambler (BU 300)
An important addition for counting products in bottles is the bottle unscrambler. This allows bottles to be unloaded in bulk quantities without sorting them. After an interesting handling, the unscrambler positioned them properly on the conveyor belt, always placed with the filling opening facing upwards.
