Cremer proudly introduces the 𝗧𝗦𝗦 (Tel-0-Scan-Schuurteller), a new high-speed counting system developed to meet the increasing demands of large-scale agricultural and food processing operations. Designed for precision and flexibility, the TSS is Cremer’s fastest counting machine to date — capable of handling up to 180,000 items per hour.
The TSS is suitable for a wide variety of products including 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗯𝘀, 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗼𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, and even 𝗠𝗔𝗣-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 such as vacuum-sealed beetroot. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be seamlessly integrated into both new and existing production lines — including conveyors, inspection belts, and sorters.
Available in multiple widths (from 𝟲𝟵 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟴𝟰 𝗰𝗺, in 23 cm increments), the TSS can be tailored to match high-capacity sorting lines, such as those now reaching up to 2.4 meters in width. This ensures optimal use of conveyor surface and efficient product handling.
