As we closed the chapter on 2025, Cremer Speciaalmachines can look back with pride on twelve months that solidified our position as a global leader in counting and packaging technology. From customer visits, hosting international colleagues to expanding our presence across continents, 2025 was a year defined by collaboration, innovation, and unwavering commitment to reliability.
A Global Presence Through Trade Shows
Cremer’s commitment to staying connected with customers and showcasing our latest innovations took us to exhibitions across four continents. Our presence at major industry events demonstrated the breadth of our expertise and the global reach of our solutions.
In the Netherlands, we made a strong impression at the Mechanisatietentoonstelling in Vijfhuizen, where we won first prize for the most attractive stand in the Electronics category. At Seed Meets Technology in Zwaagdijk, we unveiled our modular CSC seed counting and dispensing solution, while the Vaktentoonstelling Zwaagdijk allowed us to showcase the Tel-Scan-Schuurteller (TSS) as the fastest counting machine for the agricultural industry.
Our international footprint expanded significantly. In North America, our dealer Formutech and Murre Technologies presented the TSS Oyster Counter at Seafood Expo North America in Boston, opening new opportunities in the seafood processing sector. We traveled to the Philippines for CPA Engage and Propak Philippines, to Italy for Ipack IMA, and to Thailand for Propak Asia, demonstrating our industrial and pharmaceutical solutions to diverse markets.
“The trade show circuit is essential for building and keeping relationships and understanding our customers’ needs in different markets,” explains van der Wolf. “Whether it’s pharmaceutical precision at Interphex, agricultural efficiency at Potato Europe, or the comprehensive solutions we showcased at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, each event teaches us something new about the challenges and dynamics our customers face.”

Brazil Success: Nestlé Garoto Implementation
July brought one of the year’s most ambitious projects to fruition. After a successful Factory Acceptance Test in Lisse, a team of six Cremer colleagues traveled to Brazil to install our counting solutions at Nestlé Garoto, one of the country’s most prestigious confectionery manufacturers. The successful implementation demonstrated not only our technical capabilities but also our commitment to supporting clients worldwide with hands-on service and support.
“The Nestlé Garoto project exemplifies what Cremer does best,” says van der Wolf. “We don’t just deliver machines; we deliver complete solutions with full installation and life cycle support. Our team’s dedication to ensuring everything works perfectly from day one is what builds the trust that keeps customers coming back.”

Investing in People and Processes
Behind every successful project and exhibition stands a team committed to excellence. Throughout 2025, numerous Cremer employees successfully completed their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications, participating in improvement projects designed to enhance internal processes and deliver better outcomes for customers.
These continuous improvement initiatives reflect a company-wide commitment to Operational Excellence. From streamlining production workflows to enhancing quality control measures, these projects ensure that Cremer remains at the forefront of counting and packaging technology.
The company also invested in project management excellence, with 12 team members from different disciplines participating an intensive training with NIMO Project Management Instituut. This cross-functional approach to skill development ensures better collaboration, more efficient project execution, and greater agility in responding to evolving customer needs.

Recognition for Sustainability
Cremer’s commitment to environmental responsibility earned recognition in 2025 with a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, a global sustainability rating platform. This achievement reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to minimize environmental impact while delivering world-class counting and packaging solutions.
“Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for us, it’s embedded in how we design, manufacture, and operate,” van der Wolf emphasizes. “Our clients increasingly demand solutions that are not only efficient and accurate but also environmentally responsible. This recognition validates the path we’re on, but we know there’s always more work to do.”

Hosting the Uhlmann Group Quality & Sustainability Days
One of the highlights of 2025 was hosting the Uhlmann Group Quality & Sustainability Days. In December, Cremer had the honor of bringing together 30 international participants from across the globe to Lisse, The Netherlands. For three days, December 8th, 9th and 10th, our facilities were the epicenter of discussions on Quality and Sustainability.
“Hosting the Global Quality Days here in Lisse was a tremendous privilege,” says Mark van der Wolf, CEO of Cremer Speciaalmachines. “It gave us the opportunity to showcase not just our facilities and capabilities, but also our people and our culture. When colleagues from around the world come together under one roof, the exchange of ideas and best practices is invaluable.”
The event kicked off with the Global Quality Board meeting in our showroom at Heereweg 5, followed by sessions at the historic Water Tower in Lisse. Mark personally led tours of the Cremer facilities, sharing insights into our operations and the innovative processes that set us apart. The final day’s Sustainability Meeting took place at Beach house Nederzandt in Noordwijk, where participants worked together on building a more sustainable future within the Uhlmann Group.
Looking Forward
As we stepped into 2026, Cremer Speciaalmachines carries forward the momentum of an exceptional year. With strengthened global partnerships, enhanced internal capabilities, and an unwavering focus on innovation, quality and sustainability, the company is positioned to continue creating customer value.
“When I reflect on 2025, I’m most proud of our people,” van der Wolf concludes. “Together, as a team, we deliver customer solutions, both in Lisse as well as worldwide. They embody the values that have made this company successful for over 75 years. We are looking forward to the future positively, and I’m excited about what we’ll achieve together.”
As we look ahead in a very dynamic world, one thing remains constant: our commitment to delivering counting and packaging solutions that exceed expectations, wherever in the world our customers need us.
