Flexible and accurate Bottle Capper

Whether you’re handling small or medium batches of different bottle sizes on your filling line, the BC 200, with its quick format changeovers, will maximize your flexibility. Processing caps with different dimensions? The precise spindle heads of the BC 200 can be easily exchanged. Need to check for the presence of a seal or desiccant in the cap? It’s all possible. The need for expensive screw format parts is eliminated, thanks to the accurate rake drive that positions the bottles for cap placement and torquing. Faulty bottles with skewed caps, caps set too high, or those with incorrect torque are automatically rejected to a bin at the front side of the machine. All these features combine to enhance the flexibility and accuracy of your bottle production line.

High efficient and silent operation

The servo-driven bottle transport, combined with linear placing and capping spindles, achieves high and consistent speeds of up to 200 bottles per minute. At the same time the BC 200’s enclosure ensures silent operation and high safety levels. Bottle caps are efficiently sorted in the high-capacity sorting bowl. Additionally, the cap-lift, with its large 150-liter hopper with level control, ensures long refill intervals, maximizing uptime and productivity in your production line.
