This maximum flexibility is provided by allowing quick and easy part-free format changeovers. High speed and gentle bottle handling are made possible by the BU 300’s highly efficient process. The balcony design makes maintenance and cleaning simple. The central intuitive operating system with SmartControl, enables user-friendly operation, easy audit-trail reporting, statistics and connectivity to other machines. All these factors contribute to the particularly high economic efficiency of the automatic bottle unscrambler.
Silent operation and high efficiency
The BU 300 achieves high-speed and gentle bottle handling through its spring-supported belts and highly efficient sorting bowl. Furthermore the centrifugal sorting bowl has no sorting bowl brush for a more silent production environment. The bottle elevator, which is integrated into the bottle unscrambler machine, has dedicated noise-reducing covers and a silent drop station, seamlessly feeding bottles into the sorting bowl with minimal noise disruption. In addition, the BU 300 is equipped with a spring-loaded belt control that easily accommodates deviations in bottle size. This innovative feature ensures stable settings for constant bottle grip and total process control, further enhancing efficiency and reliability. Complemented by a large 700-liter hopper, the bottle unscrambler guarantees long refill intervals, maximizing uptime and productivity in your production line.
