CKT-190 G5
The CKT-190 is a fast and fully automatic stitcher machine that takes the sealed bags from the CPT-300 bagger and folds and stitches a header card around the top of the bag. For display purposes each card can be provided with a punch hole (euro slot).
The CKT accommodates two DeLuxe G5 stitcher-heads that are known to be extremely reliable and easy to use. No tools are required to thread or operate the G5 and only a single adjustment is needed to change the wire draw. The stitcher-heads are guarded by an enclosure with safety switch for safe operation and maintenance.
The stitcher machine can process header cards with sizes up 300 (l)x190 (w) mm. Header card cartridges are easy to exchange and separately available. Besides the cartridge there are no change parts for different card sizes.
The CKT-190 is controlled by the touch-operated HMI of the CPT-300. This allows for complete control and monitoring of the whole packing line by just a single operator panel.
