Cremer introduces the next generation of seed counting technology that combines 70 years of experience in the agricultural industry with the finest and most reliable counting technology on the market. Modular configuration allows for scalable performance and output. With a counting speed of 12,500 seeds per minute per module, the output can be doubled by placing a second counting module on the support frame. Due to the slim and compact design of the seed counter, multiple counting modules can be stacked next to each other without any significant increase in floorspace.
Cremer has teamed up with the world’s leading agribusiness and seed multinational to conceive and develop a pilot project for a fully integrated seed counting and packaging line. The seed counter is easy to disassemble and generally does not require any change parts for different seeds. Because of its GMP-compliant and modular design, removal of the product contact parts requires no tools, no specific skills and should take no longer than 1 or 2 minutes to perform. All seed contact parts of the seed counter are made from food and pharma grade materials.
