The TTW-E model is a flower bulb counting machine that is typically used for manual filling of paper bags, cartons or trays.
The counting machine often works in conjunction with the Cremer BEL-2300 conveyor belt for smooth and consistent transportation of the flower bulbs to the counting machine.
The TTZ-E has an inclined and speed-adjustable supply belt and uses multi-lane vibratory plates to transport the flower bulbs to the detection unit while making sure that there are properly separated.
The counting machine can be delivered with five or seven bulb detection channels, depending on the required channel width proportional to the bulb shape and size.
The “IMO” detection system accurately scans and counts tulip, hyacinth and narcissus bulbs in all shapes and sizes without being affected by loose skins. Fast-acting pneumatic gates catch and collect the counted bulbs and make sure that each box or tray receives the precise number of bulbs.
The dual-exit and footswitch-controlled outfeed belt make this the ideal counting machine for manual filling of a wide variety of packaging at high speeds.
