The TQ-model counting machine is a modular and versatile flower bulb counting machine that is specifically designed to operate in conjunction with a bucket conveyor and CPT-300 packaging machine. When used in a packing line, the counting machine automatically discharges the pre-set number of bulbs into the passing conveyor buckets.
The counting machine can be delivered with five or seven bulb detection channels, depending on the required channel width proportional to the bulb shape and size.
The TQ is a fast, accurate and ever reliable counting machine even in dusty environments like any typical bulb processing area. The machine can be delivered with or without an inspection belt that is meant for visual inspection of the bulbs before entering the counting machine. To minimize the required floor space the machine is also available as a twin-model.
