De TQH is a flower bulb counting machine that is typically used for hand filling of paper bags, net bags, retail cartons or any other hand-held package.
The standard 350-liter bulk hopper can be fitted with an attachment to increase the volume to fit the contents of a large-volume cubic box.
The TQH counting machine has an inclined and speed-adjustable supply belt and uses multi-lane vibratory plates to transport the flower bulbs to the detection unit while making sure that they are properly separated.
The TQH can be delivered with five or seven bulb detection channels, depending on the required channel width proportional to the bulb shape and size.
The “IMO” detection system accurately scans and counts tulip, hyacinth and narcissus bulbs in all shapes and sizes without being affected by loose skins. Fast-acting pneumatic gates are used to catch and collect the counted bulbs to prevent over-counts falling into the bags. The discharge chute is controlled by means of a footswitch and is available with one or two exits.
