The CSL-560 is a compact, reliable and extremely fast counting unit for tulip, hyacinth and narcissus bulbs, that is meant to be fitted onto an inspection belt.
The scanning algorithm easily processes up to 1 million flower bulbs per hour, depending on the circumference of the bulbs. The CSL-560 also uses a unique digital skin filter that prevents loose skins from being counted and has an additional setting for dealing with double-nose flower bulbs like typical narcissus bulbs.
The large scanning area of the CSL-560, combined with its unprecedented scanning and counting accuracy, also makes it the perfect counting unit for lily and gladiolus bulbs and almost any kind of perennial flower bulbs.
By mounting the counting unit on a horizontal conveyor or inspection belt, the flower bulbs are counted directly into a cubic box, tray or crate. Its compact size also makes the CSL-560 very well suited to be integrated into an automatic planting line or system, which makes it the most versatile compact bulb counting unit for both dry sales and forcing.
